Throughout my career as an attorney, I have had the privilege of working from a variety of perspectives, including state and county government, nonprofit organizations, and private law firms. My focus has consistently been in healthcare, privacy, mental health and substance abuse treatment, and services related to families and children.

I currently represent:

  • licensed agencies that provide mental health and substance abuse treatment;
  • individuals, such as advanced practice nurses, teachers, and social workers, in professional licensure matters;
  • Ohio community schools; and
  • others with privacy and security issues.

My clients are a diverse array of healthcare and child-serving organizations, such as hospitals, nurses, licensed mental health and substance abuse treatment agencies, K-12 community schools, and long term healthcare organizations.  Together, we address issues of employment, privacy and security compliance, accreditation, licensure, crisis response, document production and testimony, contract negotiation, and governance.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, timely, responsive, comprehensive and cost-effective legal support to my clients.
