Todd W. Collis

I am a founding partner of Collis Law Group LLC, located in Columbus, Ohio.  Collis Law Group LLC has been included in U.S. News and World Report “Best Law Firms” each year from 2009-2016.

I represent individuals and small to medium sized companies in the areas of administrative professional licensure, healthcare, and business and real estate legal matters.

In the administrative professional licensure area, I represent physicians, nurses, psychologists, counselors, social workers, surveyors, and other licensed professionals in disciplinary matters before their state licensing Boards, including negotiation of Consent Agreements and conducting Administrative Hearings.  I also represent individuals regarding applications for licensure and renewal and Board investigations.

In the healthcare area, I represent healthcare providers, including physicians, practice groups, physician assistants, and advanced practice nurses, in legal matters such as negotiation of Employment Agreements, preparation of Standard Care Arrangements, insurance payor terminations, hospital privileges matters, National Practitioner Data Bank matters, and day-to-day practice issues.

In the business and real estate area, I represent individuals and small to medium sized companies in the areas of business, corporate, employment, contract and real estate matters. My practice in these areas includes the formation of corporations (for profit and nonprofit), LLCs, and partnerships, counseling clients on day-to-day operations, negotiation and preparation of contracts, employment agreements, and buy-sell agreements, and the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, negotiation and preparation of Lease Agreements, and general matters related to real estate, including real estate disputes and title issues.
